7:00 AM                Late Registration $35 Day of Race and packet pickup for pre-registered (Teams must pick up packets prior to race)

7:00 AM               Survivor Tent Opens – Breast Cancer Survivors visit for a breakfast snack, and special survivor photo opportunity

7:00 AM                Kids Corral opens with fun kid’s activities – All kids 9 and under will receive a special kid’s medal

7:30 AM                Welcome, Pink Parade
(Survivor Recognition)

7:40 AM                Welcome – Pledge – Anthem

7:45 AM                Aerobic warm up for
                               1 mile begins

8:00 AM                1 MILE Fun Run/Walk
(Kids may walk with adults)

Register Online for the Race
Deadline for registering online is September 10th
 

Cancer Survivors: The Race honors breast cancer survivors several ways:
* The Survivor's tent opens at 7:00 a.m. Race day for special activities
* Survivors receive pink t-shirt and hat designating them as a survivor
* All survivors are recognized in front of the stage at 7:30 a.m. for the Pink Parade.
 All survivors are invited to participate.

Packets Pickup for Pre-registered online and In-person Race Registration (your race shirt, race bib and sponsor goodies) may be picked up at Sportspectrum located on the corner of East 70th Street and Fern Avenue in Shreveport.
 The address is 6970 Fern Avenue. 
Saturday - September 11th 10-5 – September 13-16th 10-5 daily and September 17th 10-6 for those pre-registered online.
Team Captains - pick up for your team Sept 15-17th at Sportspectrum.
Only the team captain can pick up for the team.

Any team's t-shirts that are not picked up by the team captain will be available at the Pre-registered tent
area on Race Morning at the CentruyTel Center.

If you have a team t-shirt to enter in the t-shirt contest, please bring it to the judging tables near the main stage
on race day morning.
 
You can also register in person during that week and pick up your packet.
It is our recommendation that you pick up your packet at Sportspectrum but if you are unable to do so, we will have packets available for pick-up on race day morning but be prepared for long lines.

 
Sportspectrum is located on the corner of East 70^th Street and Fern Avenue in Shreveport.
Sportspectrum’s address is: 6970 Fern Ave. Shreveport, LA 71105.

Timing Chips will be available for purchase for $5 each for those wanting to be timed. Timing and competitive awards will only be for the 5K. You will pick up your chip at Sportspectrum the week prior to the race or on race day at the Chip Timing booth. These will not be available with the teams packets. Individuals on team must arrange to pick up their timing chip at Sportspectrum or pick them up on race morning. Chips will not be available for purchase on race day, only for pick up.
